Ingredients

1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cup orange juice
6 oz lemon or lime flavored sparkling water
Sweetener to taste (honey, agave syrup, or You’re Sweet Organic Sweetener)
Ice cubes
Sliced orange for garnish

Directions

In a blender, mix pineapple, orange juice, Unwind, and Sweetener. Pour over ice and add sparkling water in a glass. Garnish with a slice of orange.

What if I'm done with menopause?

Our protein powder is formulated for all phases of perimenopause & menopause, and afterward. The decrease in estrogen levels that happens as we age leads to changes in body composition. XO Jacqui provides organic brown rice powder as its main ingredient, an essential part of maintaining and building lean muscle mass and bone health. That's the long answer. The short answer is YES.

What if I'm not in menopause yet?

Great question! Our protein powders are formulated for women in perimenopause and menopause and beyond.

If you are not in perimenopause yet we recommend the Vanilla Greens or our Daughter's Blend.

How often should I be taking XO Jacqui?

The short answer is daily. Our team tends to have a daily smoothie in the morning. Johanna uses the sweetener in her coffee and Jacqui has been known to make ice cream with the Cacao flavor of our protein powders. Don't tell her we said anything. Our big bag is 30 day supply. Our boots you can add whenever you are experiencing specific symptoms like hot flashes or bloating.

Where do you source your ingredients?

XO Jacqui is 100% women owned and operated and we formulate and package our products in Ojai, California with locally sourced ingredients from US based suppliers that we have a long standing relationship with.

How much protein?

Our protein comes from organic, brown rice for its ease in digestion. We tested our formulas to find the perfect mix that didn't overwhelm the digestive system and cause excessive bloating. Our bodies can only digest 30 grams of protein per hour so 15 grams of protein per serving maximizes protein absorption without the bloat.
