from 90 reviewsI didn’t have occasion to try all the products that arrived in my package yet but, the protein powders are all good. Extremely light and easy to prep. Just added it to milk, juice or smoothie are digestible and filling.
I wish the glass bottle that comes with had a larger opening for proteins powder and easier to clean afterwards, instead I use it as water bottle. Overall I like the products and I will buy again.
Hi, I have really been enjoying the starter kit. I like it all and have felt great also. This is very satisfying and filling, with out feeling too full or getting bloated. I have just reordered. Thank you for this great product!
I’m very impressed with my initial experience taking Jacqui XO protein supplements. I feel more energetic, I worry less about getting enough protein each day, and I feel full longer and am less tempted to snack on unhealthy foods!
the texture and flavor are so delicious and it keeps you full
Just tried the vanilla greens protein powder and found it easy to mix with orange juice. It tasted like a dream circle. It was not chalky and I plan on trying it with less sugary liquids like plant milk. I just ordered the post menopause bundle because I want to try other products after being so impressed by the protein powder on my first try.
I like the simplicity of the ingredients. It gives this product a great taste! Light and easy to drink without that chalky aftertaste.
I just started so I haven’t felt any changes yet but the ingredients are excellent. The powder is delicious in any nut milk. I also add my omega 3 oil and a little flax meal. The product is expensive but I was able to use a coupon. If you are looking for something super sweet this isn’t for you. I’m off processed sugar and for me XO has the perfect amount of sweet.
I really enjoyed all the flavors. Vanilla was my favorite!
My favorite part about these protein powders is that they’re light and digest easily which helps keep my tummy flat. A fitness trainer who loves weightlifting, I drink a shake before my morning workout and again in the afternoon. If I could give 10 stars, I would! My clients love it too!
This protein powder has been my breakfast go-to for the past 10 days. I love that it’s high in protein and very low sugar. I make a smoothie with frozen blueberries, almond butter, almond milk and hemp seeds. It keeps me energized and feeling pretty full.
After only 3 days I am already seeing an improvement with bloating and my system is starting to regulate. The taste is great and it’s been a great breakfast replacement. It’s so good, not even the big picture of ovaries keeps my husband from using it too. I’m already looking forward to trying additional products.
I’ve tried nearly every protein powder out there and this one does not hurt, bloat or make me feel awful. My favorite is the Vanilla. I mix it with my powdered vitamins and fruit.
This has been helping with my hot flashes but I still end up having trouble getting the correct amount out without losing a good bit of the powder.
I love that these protein powders don't have sugar and that I can add sweetness if I want with fruit. Sometimes I add a date or a little honey. I am trying hard to cut processed food and sugar out of my diet and these protein powders really help. My favorite flavor is the vanilla because I can really make it my own. Thank you XO Jacqui.
I love being able to choose which flavor I am in the mood for! Sometimes I like the chocolate at night and the vanilla in the morning. I put a banana in my morning shake with some almond milk and I am good to go. Keeps my energy up and for the chocolate at night - I use it sometimes if I had a late lunch and on't want to eat a full meal.
Why did we make a sugar alternative?
Sugar is Not Your Friend!
Sugar plays a major role in everything from that 3pm ‘I need a nap’ feeling to chronic diseases. Research (the good, solid kind) indicates a clear relationship between sugar, inflammation, and health problems. Plus, sugar doesn’t just mess with your body; it muddles with your mind, too. A dive into scientific literature, like that found in “Plos One,” shows sugar impacts our brains similarly to addictive substances. Scary, but oddly not surprising.
Why Apples?
We've all heard that saying "an apple a day!". Well, apples contain high amounts of polyphenols and flavonoids and insoluble fiber which aids in digestion, supports lung health, immune system, bones, brain and heart health. I guess that's why.
Why Dates?
Dates are powerfully sweet, naturally. A small amount can add a lot of sweet with big benefits like low glycemic index that aids in blood sugar balance. Packed with fiber, antioxidants and delicious. Sounds good to me!
