What if I'm done with menopause?
Our protein powder is formulated for all phases of perimenopause & menopause, and afterward. The decrease in estrogen levels that happens as we age leads to changes in body composition. How often should I be taking XO Jacqui?
The short answer is daily. Our team tends to have a daily smoothie in the morning. Johanna uses the sweetener in her coffee and Jacqui has been known to make ice cream with the Cacao flavor of our protein powders. Don't tell her we said anything. Our big bag is 30 day supply. XO Jacqui is 100% women owned and operated and we formulate and package our products in Ojai, California with locally sourced ingredients from US based suppliers that we have a long standing relationship with.
How much protein?
Our protein comes from organic, brown rice for its ease in digestion. We tested our formulas to find the perfect mix that didn't overwhelm the digestive system and cause excessive bloating. Our bodies can only digest 30 grams of protein per hour so 15 grams of protein per serving maximizes protein absorption without the bloat.
