What if I'm done with menopause?

Our protein powder is formulated for all phases of perimenopause & menopause, and afterward. The decrease in estrogen levels that happens as we age leads to changes in body composition. How often should I be taking XO Jacqui?

The short answer is daily. Our team tends to have a daily smoothie in the morning.
