XO No Bake Protein Bars


Ingredients

1 cup of Oats
½ cup XO Jacqui Protein Powder (we love Vanilla Greens or Cacao Wild Yam)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
½ cup nut butter
½ cup chocolate chips
⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until mixture is smooth. Line an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with parchment. Press the mixture firmly into the lined pan, chill until firm, and slice into bars. Store bars in an airtight container in the fridge for a week or freeze.
