Ingredients

1 scoop XO Jacqui Cacao Wild Yam Protein Powder
1 serving Move Joint Relief Boost
1 cup homemade almond milk (or any preferred milk)
A handful of ice cubes
1 ripe banana
A sprinkle of chia seeds for added fiber and Omega-3s

Directions

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend on high speed until the mixture is thoroughly combined and has a creamy consistency. Add sweetener to your taste. We’re partial to our You’re Sweet Organic Sweetener, but you can also try organic maple syrup, honey (if you’re not vegan), or use a naturally sweetened plant-based milk. Pour into a glass, garnish with a sprinkle of cacao nibs or a slice of banana, and enjoy.
