No Bloat Smoothie


Ingredients

1 banana
1 medium apples (chopped, skin on)
1/4 cup XO Jacqui Vanilla Greens Protein Powder
5 cups fresh spinach
3/4 cup ice
1 cup coconut water
1 serving XO Jacqui De-Puff Boost

Directions

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend on high speed until the mixture is thoroughly combined and has a creamy consistency. Add sweetener to your taste. We’re partial to our You’re Sweet Organic Sweetener, but you can also try organic maple syrup, honey (if you’re not vegan), or use a naturally sweetened plant-based milk.
